Annotated on reverse by Robinson: "Mary Turlay Robinson, Winter-Spring, 1954 before starting on a lecture trip of three months duration in French speaking countries under the Specialists Division of the State Department, U.S.A., while I was in North Africa a cable came from Mr. Dulles, Secretary of State [signed by him at least] asking me to proceed to Yugoslavia at the end- I also spoke at UNESCO in Paris."
